Murroe Boher Bord na nOg are delighted to announce that our u13 hurlers have qualified for the Premier County Hurling Final V Monaleen. A suggested date for the final is Sunday 29th September, but this might change. Our u11 hurlers travelled to Dublin last Sunday morning to play in a festival of Hurling in UCD, and were beaten by 2 points in the Final by Kilmacud Crokes. This Sunday, our u10’s are travelling to UCD to play in a 20 team tournament, and we would like to wish them the best of luck.

Murroe Boher Camogie: On Sunday (22nd) our intermediate team will play a semi-final play-off against Croagh/Kilfinny for a semi-final spot, at 2pm, with venue to be confirmed, keep an eye on our Facebook page for the updated fixture and be sure to get out and support our girls. On Saturday our U10s will travel to Kileedy for their County Blitz day and on Sunday our U8s will travel to Monaleen for their county blitz day, both starting at 9.30am. The county blitzes always prove to be a great day out for our players. Best of luck to our teams and managements in all the fixtures. Hard luck to our U16 team, who are joined with Cappamore, who lost their plate semi-final and finishes their year. Our thanks to all players, management and parents who have worked hard for our club all year. Next Saturday (28th) we will hold our monthly clothes collection form 7.30 – 8pm in Murroe Clubhouse with all donations greatly appreciated.
