A Listening Process Gathering of Parishes to discuss priorities for parishes of our diocese and plan for 2020 will take place on Wed 30th Oct @ 7.30pm at The Millennium Centre, Caherconlish for the Parishes of Murroe & Boher, Ballina & Boher, Ballinahinch & Killoscully, Ballybricken & Bohermore, Caherconlish & Inch St. Laurence, Cappamore, Doon, Kilcommon, Hollyford & Rearcross and Newport, Birdhill & Toor. All are welcome to participate.

Boher Community Development Association: The final Silver Circle Draw will take place on Sunday 3 November at 10.30am at Boher Community Centre.  €1,700 in prize money to be won!  All welcome to join us over a cup of tea/coffee.

Limerick IFA, & Bruff Garda are holding a meeting next Wednesday 30th October in the Community Centre Cappamore at 8pm. Subject’s discussed will be Crime prevention, Rural isolation & wellbeing. Murroe Boher Camogie: Best of luck to our minor team who play Adare in the second round of their championship on Sunday at 1pm in the Manor Fields, Adare. Best of luck to all involved.

Murroe AFC Notes: Team news: On Sunday last The A team had a good win on a 3-1 scoreline over Holycross in the league, while the youth (U-18) team had a fine 5-0 win over Kilfrush in the Munster Youth Cup.

Fixtures: This coming weekend none of the Adult teams or the Youth Team have fixtures. A well-deserved rest. Keep an eye on the club Facebook page and Twitter feeds for up to the minute fixtures and results!

Coach still needed for the U-9 Boys, (born 2011). If you are interested in taking on a fun bunch of guys, maybe a parent or a past player who wants to help out, contact any committee member, or message on Facebook or Twitter, or email murroeafc@gmail.com The club will be able to help out with Training, Gear, etc, but need someone to volunteer.
