Murroe/Boher Lourdes Committee are offering a place to a 5th year student to travel to Lourdes on this year’s pilgrimage as a youth helper, which takes place from 13th to 18th June. The Annual Pink Night will take place on Saturday 15th February 2020 at Kennedys Lounge, Rearcross – Music with the very entertaining “DJ Wilm” – All funds raised for Mid West Cancer Unit in University Hospital Limerick. Cappamore Historical Society will host a Lecture in the local Community Centre on Monday the 3rd of February at 8pm. The Lecture by Tom Toomey will be on the subject of “The Dromkeen Ambush”. There will be a charge of 5 euro to non-members, and Refreshments will be provided after the lecture.
Murroe Boher GAA: Membership for 2020 Season is now due. Membership only accepted online by Clubforce system – details on www.murroebohergaa.ie. Only membership paid by February 7th will be eligible for Inter County Tickets going forward when being distributed by the club. Yearly subscription to the Club Lotto also available through Clubforce system.

Murroe AFC Team News: Last weekend the A team were unlucky to lose out to near neighbors Cappamore Celtic on penalties after a tightly fought contest in the divisional cup match in Tubber. The scores finished level at 1-1, but Cappamore had the better accuracy in the shootout.
This weekend on Saturday 1st February, the A team are away to Aisling Annacotty in the league at 7pm, while on Sunday 2nd February The C team are at home against Nenagh Town at 2pm in the league. The B team, and Youth team have no fixtures.
