Murroe Boher Bord na nOg, would like to congratulate our Minor team for winning the City/East Minor A championship final last Saturday afternoon in Cappamore, and wish them success in the county semi-final this weekend. We would also like to remind everyone that our annual Church gate collection will take place on Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th October
Murroe Boher Camogie: Well done to our minor team who won their first game of the championship against Tournafulla last weekend. Next up they will face Adare on October 27th in Adare. Our thanks to everyone who came out on Friday night to support our fund-raising table quiz. It was a great night and a great success, thanks to all our supporters. Next Saturday (26th) we will hold our monthly clothes collection from 7.30 – 8pm in Murroe Clubhouse. All donations greatly appreciated.
Murroe AFC Notes: Team news: On Sunday last the youth (U-18) team had a fine 6-3 win over Aisling Annacotty in the League.
Fixtures: This coming weekend the A team take on Holycross in Tubber at 10:30am on Sunday, while the Youth Team is in Munster Youth Cup Action where they face Kilfrush, also in Tubber at 2pm. The Men’s B, and C teams have no fixtures. Keep an eye on the club Facebook page and Twitter feeds for up to the minute fixtures and results!
