Thank You: We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for your very kind support for our Jack and Jill Tea Party in memory of our beautiful friend Rhona Kett-Sheridan, which took place on 24th May this year. Thanks to all who sponsored spot prizes and baked beautiful cakes and scones and those who travelled to share the day. We raised an amazing €2,804.50 which will go a very long way in helping sick children, which was very close to Rhona’s heart. We hope to make this an annual event and would love to see ye all again next year.

Murroe Boher Camogie Club: Best of luck to our U10 team who travel to their first cluster blitz of the year in Mungret at 10am on Saturday. Mungret is the centre for Limerick camogie on Saturday as they also host the Limerick Camogie county day with challenge games for the U13, 14, 15, 16 and minor teams and a meet and greet with the county senior Munster Championship winning side all kicking off at 11am in Mungret. Best of luck to all our girls who are involved in the various age groups throughout the day – Edel Cunningham & Katie Heelan (minor), Megan Kiely & Hazel Hourigan (U16) and Ciara Oliver (U13). Hard luck to Hazel Hourigan and Megan Kiely who were part of the Limerick U16 team who lost out to Kilkenny in the first round of championship. Well done to our U8s who travelled to Crecora for a fun filled day of camogie in their second cluster blitz. Next weekend sees Hazel and Megan tog for the county U16 team as they travel to Dublin on Sunday for the second round. Best of luck to all our girls!
